Delivery for printers and accessories is generally within 2 business days from order, if you require next day delivery please call and if we can facilitate it we will.

All of our label products are made to order, we aim to dispatch all label orders within 3 business days but at peak times this may vary.

Returns are accepted in the case of a faulty item on delivery we will offer an exchange or full refund, any faulty item must be reported to us within 14 days of receiving the item.

If an item arrives damaged please mark this on the couriers system before signing for acceptance of the goods.

Items ordered incorrectly can be returned within 14 days of receiving the goods, we charge a discretionary restocking fee for items ordered incorrectly of up to 25%
